Our strategy for Ocean was four fold. Build brand awareness through correct messaging and design, drive sales through pro-active customer understanding and segmentation, be re-active to the changing market place with ready-made communications, and to ensure the product was right to drive conversion. The proof is in the pudding. Through redevelopment of the site, database analysis and improvements in all communications, email open rate has increased from average of 11% to 29%, click through from 13% to 32%. Recent enhancements also raised conversion rates from the flight page (make an enquiry) from an average of 7% to over 10%. Our clients were also recently shortlisted for the Travel Weekly Young Travel Entrepeneur of the Year award for their successes over the past few years.
