As part of Operation Brighthouse, Cowan Group produced three missions to increase footfall in to Brighthouse stores. Each mission was conceived by Cowan Group and included in-store posters, POS, leaflets and staff training dossiers. The initial three missions were: The Xbox challenge: an in-store car racing game to generate leads. Free Lunch: sandwich give-away to be used for appointment setting. Agent Driver: incentivized scheme for delivery drivers to promote MGM.
